Sound and vibration issues arise during the Commissioning and Post-Commissioning phases of a project, when compliance criteria cannot be achieved or when complaints are received by the building owner / tenants. In this presentation we will talk about various sound and vibration issues that can arise in building construction and the various building sub-systems / components affected by these issues. We will then discuss methods used to provide a building which is sound and vibration compliant.
