Life science research continues to grow at a blistering pace, and with it grows the number of ventilated enclosures such as biosafety cabinets and clean benches found in laboratories. In this session we will cover the major types of life science laboratory enclosures, focusing on Class II biosafety cabinets. Cabinet function, installation, and exhaust connections, plus placement and certification requirements will be addressed.
